Mitarbeitende sind dem Segment Terminal & Infrastruktur zugeordnet und bieten neben den Terminalaktivitäten ergänzende Logistikdienstleistungen an ausgewählten Standorten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/f/d) Global Data Protection trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, die Organisation, die Prozesse und die Vorgaben weltweit auszurollen. Du arbeitest cross-funktional und global mit Kollegen unterschiedlicher Abteilungen zusammen. Du bist Wissensvermittler und hältst den Status Quo nach.

Du wirst unseren Bereich Global Data Protection (DP) kennenlernen und bei folgenden Aufgaben mitwirken:

Du unterstützt den Rollout des Konzern Datenschutz-Managementsystems und bist Teil des Projektmanagement-Teams Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für die globale Organisation Du lernst die Prozesse kennen und unterstützt Kollegen aus anderen Bereichen diese global einzuführen Du kennst die Vorgaben, Tools und Templates des Managementsystems und bist Wissensvermittler:in Abweichungen vom globalen Standard lernst Du einzuschätzen und dokumentierst diese In aussagekräftigen Präsentationen trägst Du die Ergebnisse zusammen und präsentierst diese, sodass komplexe Zusammenhänge leicht verständlich und einfach kommuniziert werden Bei uns wirst Du in unser multinationales Team eingebunden und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an Deinen Projekten

Das bringst Du mit

Du absolvierst derzeit ein Vollzeitstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-)Recht oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sind für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit Du interessierst dich für die Informations- und Datensicherheit eines internationalen Unternehmens Du bist neugierig, offen und kommunikativ Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
