In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die eigenständige Leitung und Koordination
von Go-to-Market-Projekten im nationalen, aber auch internationalen Umfeld, am Standort in Ulm.

Das sehen Sie bei uns:

Fachliche Projektleitung standortbezogener Projekte sowie Teilnahme an Projekten und Mitgestaltung des Change Prozesses

Erstellung von Projektterminplänen und Übernahme der Aufgaben- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Fortschrittsüberwachung und Einhaltung des Projektbudgets

Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Key-Usern, Fachabteilungen, der internen und externen IT sowie sonstigen externen Partnern

Koordination mit den Prozessverantwortlichen über die Fachabteilung hinweg

Ständige Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung systemtechnischer Prozesse innerhalb der Go-to-Market Organisation im Sinne eines KVP

Planung und Beratung von Projekten und Ressourcen zur Prozesserfüllung oder Prozessänderung, insbesondere mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen wie bspw. IT und ggf. der Geschäftsführung

Mentoring für Junior Projektmanager und ggfs. Studenten

Das sehen wir bei Ihnen:

Einen begeisternden Betriebswirt oder Wirtschaftsinformatiker, der es versteht, sein Projektteam und Kunden für seine Themen zu gewinnen und von deren Bedeutung zu überzeugen 

Als erfahrener "Projektmanager" kennen Sie sich in operativen Prozessen aus und besitzen ein solides Wissen in moderner IT Architektur sowie Warenwirtschafssystemen (idealerweise SAP)

Sie haben ebenfalls bereits in vertriebsorientieren Projekten Erfahrung gesammelt und besitzen ein solides Wissen über das Zusammenspiel von Logistik, Vertriebs und After Sales Prozessen

Geübter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen und Projektmanagement Tools (Bspw. MS-Project)

Im Umgang und in Ihrer Kommunikation mit Kollegen sind Sie wertschätzend und offen, gleichermaßen in Deutsch wie in Englisch

Sofern es das Projekt erfordert sind Sie bereit zu anderen Standorten zu reisen

Aufgrund Ihrer Persönlichkeit gehen Sie Themen strukturiert an und schätzen es, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten 

Mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für operative Prozessveränderungen und die IT schätzen Sie es, Ihre Ziele strukturiert und engagiert zu verfolgen, so dass Sie Ihre Ziele gemeinsam als Team erreichen
