Summary
For the area "Finance and Controlling AirSIGINT (F&C)" we are looking for a "Project Clerk FCAS (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site.
The "Finance and Controlling AirSIGINT (F&C)" department is responsible for the execution of all commercial and business tasks within the programme / project, including the performance of management and control tasks for the realisation of the programme-specific business objectives.
Your Tasks- Comprehensive commercial support within the scope of a major international project- Commercial business partner for project managers in close coordination with the project team (including development, purchasing) and the supporting F&C departments (controlling, accounting, price checking)- Preparation of tender calculations (including target costing, target pricing) and the commercial tender section- Responsibility for proper commercial project handling with a focus on project controlling (including cost-to-completion / variance analyses), claim / waiver, risk and opportunity management- Development of proposals and initiation of measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow- Responsibility for invoicing and receivables management- Ensuring the accounting correctness of all bookings of the programme / project with regard to HGB, IFRS15 and national pricing and auditing concerns
Your Profile- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar- Several years of experience in project controlling and commercial contract management- Experience in public pricing law advantageous- Confident in the use of SAP (SD / PS) and MS-Office- Analytical, flexible and goal-oriented way of working- Ability to work in a team, customer orientation and assertiveness- Fluent German and English skills
