Our motto: ENGAGE yourself, CREATE culture together, and INSPIRE one another For our next Training Program which will start in September we are searching for ca. three interns who will support us either in Operations (support in Non-Profit Administration, CoWorking Management, and more), Social Media Communications/ Event Management OR Gallery Management.Internship Duration: Media Communications / Event Management Internship:➡️Develop marketing strategies and communication plans.➡️Manage social media channels (primarily Instagram) and create engaging content.➡️Design website elements and write blog posts.➡️Support in the event management area and help with the planning of workshops, events, etc.Requirements Preferably experience with and a confident use of social media programs Interest, joy, and motivation for creating social media and website contributions (posts, videos, texts, etc.) Independence, thoroughness, and a sense of responsibility Confident communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (German an advantage) Kulturschöpfer Operations Internship:➡️Support various areas like Administration, Co-working Space Management, Human resources management, etc.)➡️Learn project planning and assist in community events.➡️Support of Office ManagementRequirements Interest, joy, and motivation to learn new thingsOrganizational talent and passion for project planning Interest and preferably first experiences in Operations management Independence, thoroughness, and sense of responsibility Confident communication skills in both written and spoken English (German an advantage) Gallery Management➡️Support with the creation and planning of our next exhibitions➡️Developing concept ideas for exhibitions and gallery side programming➡️Reviewing artist applications and handling the online communication with artists➡️Preparation of open calls and writing concept notes➡️Support during gallery related events like vernissages or side programming➡️Support during exhibition set up and curation processRequirements Preferably experience with gallery management Interest, joy, and motivation for contemporary art and working together with artists Independence, thoroughness, and a sense of responsibility Confident communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (German an advantage) How will the training Program look like?✅3 month internship, with the possibility of volunteer work afterward (ca. 2 months or more)✅Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours per week) in Berlin✅Detailed training and mentoring sessions✅Unpaid internship since we are a NGO which is dependent on donations✅A certificate upon completionWe are excited for your applicationApplication Deadline for the Training Program: application for this internship program runs separately and requires an application via this application form: can't wait to hear from you Veröffentlicht bis 25.06.
