Get ready to be part of the 2nd Europe Internship Program at TechStyle

TechStyle is the provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

Currently four of these brands are present in Europe:
- Fabletics,, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson;- Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna;- JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim;- Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

For this role, Savage X Fenty is looking for a Growth Intern SXF.

Savage X Fenty is a joint venture between Rihanna’s Fenty Corporation and TechStyle Fashion Group. Globally launched in 2018, went live and began shipping its products to over 220 countries worldwide. Celebrating fearlessness, confidence and inclusivity, the label has disrupted the marketplace with its accessible price point and extensive assortment of lingerie.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, this person will be based out of our Berlin office for an internship with a duration of 6 months starting September 1st 2023.

What you will learn in your role:
- The basics of growth marketing strategies and KPI’s.- How to think critically about business objectives as related to growth marketing and CRM.- How to develop data-driven creative briefs for online paid media platforms.- How to navigate CMS and execute onsite updates to all aspects of the acquisition funnel, including landing, registration, and post-registration pages.- Practice developing analytical skill sets in reading acquisition campaign and funnel performance results.- Plenty of additional opportunities in cross-functional interactions regarding marketing, product and market research.

- Ongoing studies in marketing, business or similar- Strong data analytics skills- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics- Passion for marketing and ecommerce- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills- German is a plus- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments- Strong in Microsoft Excel- Enthusiasm, reactivity, ability and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment
