The Consumer Business Intelligence (CBI) team is the internal strategic business partner for 12

countries in Central Europe and for their brand portfolios, which consist of high-growth brands such as

Neutrogena, Listerine, Nicorette, o.b and Penaten and many others.

Your tasks

You understand consumer needs and can derive predictions and market opportunities from analyses. In the course of this, you will develop concrete recommendations for action, which you will represent to the marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for marketing mix modeling, take on project management, provide key figures and evaluations in this context and independently lead the interdisciplinary analyses You analyze a variety of complex data and break it down into interpretable results - by using dashboards and data visualization programs (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Nielsen, GfK, Excel) and/or other digital sources (Google, Amazon, Facebook) Act as a consultant for market research techniques, shopper research, syndicated data and real-time digital data (e.g. online product reviews, social media) & manage external agencies & data providers

Your profile

Ideally 10+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence in the consumer goods or market research sector, alternatively in information-based companies or media sector Willingness to learn, actively identify personal and organizational opportunities and implement plans to address these opportunities Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus Understanding of statistical and modeling concepts Conceptual thinking skills, enjoy analytical tasks and ability to translate complex issues into realistic action plans High resilience and commitment as well as a high level of attention to detail Very good communication skills in German and English Willingness to innovate, flexible mindset and enjoy agile working methods and processes
