This role reports to the Senior CSA Leader and is located in Neuss, Germany.

What You Will Do

• Strategically responsible for Customer & Shopper Activation in the Pharmacy sector
• Translate brand strategy into a point of sale activation strategy throughout the shopper journey, both offline and online
• Ensure excellent execution at point of sale, tracking activities and building future activations based on insights
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing Director to shape the WoW Pharmacy
• Lead and develop team members

Qualifications

• University degree in economics or business administration
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing in the FMCG industry
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and strong leadership skills
• High level of initiative and agility, able to work under pressure and drive business growth
