We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Munich Airport International. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our annual marketing plan, managing our digital presence, and creating compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate and enhance MAI's annual Marketing Plan and its budget.
  • Take the lead in designing, setting up, and continually monitoring and enhancing MAI's website and social media profile pages.
  • Prepare and release articles, thought leadership whitepapers, and other publications such as presentations, factsheets, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Set up and implement product- and project-based marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the central contact person and interface to internal partners within the Flughafen München GmbH organization.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on economics, marketing, communications, or comparable skills and knowledge.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an international corporate environment.
  • In-depth experience in the traditional marketing mix, online marketing, and project management.
  • Experience working with relevant social media channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with communication agencies.
  • High level of communication and conflict management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders and across hierarchical levels.
  • High level of creativity, proactivity, and commitment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
