Ihre Aufgabe

Termingerechten Versorgung der Fertigung und des Versands mit kostengünstigen Produkten in ausreichend hoher Qualität und geeigneten Losgrößen Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Produktion  (Min-, Max- , Meldebestände, Wiederbeschaffungszeiten usw.)  Unterstützung bei der Definition und Pflege von Dispoparametern Pflege beschaffungsrelevanter Stammdaten im ERP-System und Verwaltung von Liefervorschriften im ERP System, Kommunikation der LV’s an/mit dem Lieferanten  Proaktive Kommunikation mit Lieferanten im Falle von Lieferengpässen sowie Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen  Kommunikation mit Lieferanten zu laufenden Vorgängen der Beschaffung  Bearbeitung von beschaffungsrelevanten Positionen der Artikelstammblätter Systemische Pflege der verhandelten Preise und Mengen  Vollständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen von der Belastungsanzeige und Kommunikation mit dem Lieferanten über mögliche Lösungen bis zur Rücklieferung  Optimierung von Lagerbeständen auf Basis der jeweils herrschenden Produktionsvolumina sowie der Verfügbarkeit der verschiedenen Handelswaren  Proaktive Prüfung, Sicherstellung und Verfolgung von Lieferterminen, Lagerbeständen sowie vereinbarten Konditionen.  Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen, Lagerbeständen sowie vereinbarten Konditionen 

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen im Bereich der Materialbeschaffung oder der Produktionsplanung Gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 in den Modulen MM oder PP Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen Eigenverantwortliches und kundenorientiertes Handeln Verhandlungsgeschick Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
