Stellenbeschreibung

  • HR-interner Experte und kompetenter Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für die lokalen Betriebsräte sowie die Gesamtbetriebsräte und den Konzernbetriebsrat
  • Sicherstellung einer konstruktiven und vertrauensvollen Kommunikation mit den Betriebsratsgremien und Einhaltung mitbestimmungsrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Entwurf und Erstellung von (Gesamt-) Betriebsvereinbarungen zusammen mit den betroffenen Fachabteilungen und aktive Begleitung der damit verbundenen Verhandlungen
  • Entwicklung von Strategien und Grundsätzen für die Zusammenarbeit mit allen Gremien der Arbeitnehmervertretungen sowie Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und HR-Kollegen/innen in allen betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung und aktive Begleitung der Fachbereiche gemeinsam mit den HR Business Partnern bei übergreifenden mitbestimmungsrelevanten Themen (z.B. Reorganisationen, Systemeinführungen)

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht sowie im Umgang mit Mitbestimmungsgremien
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen, politisches Fingerspitzengefühl und Freude an der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeits- sowie pragmatische Handlungsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
