Als Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class="text-element">

Ansprechperson in jeglichen kommerziellen Marketingbelangen der zugewiesenen Hotels Strategische und taktische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des rollierenden Marketingplans und Überwachung der definierten KPIs Enge Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit den Hotel-Teams innerhalb der zugewiesenen Hotels Planung und Führung der Marketing Meetings mit den zugewiesenen Hotels / Clustern und Hubs Briefing des Online Marketing Teams in den Bereichen SEO, SEA, Paid Social und Meta-Search entsprechend den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Region Übersetzung der Bedürfnisse der Hotels zur Gewinnung neuer Gäste und Kunden Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs und Erkennung neuer Trends aus der Region Unterstützung oder Steuerung von Sonderprojekten Erstellung von ausdrucksstarkem Content für Websiten, Social-Media-Kanäle und Third-Party-Auftritte Koordination von Grafik-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Grafik-Team Aktualisierung des Contents auf den Hotel- und Restarurantwebseiten sowie auf Online-Plattformen Unterstützung bei der Marketing-Budget-Planung und Umsetzung gewinnbringender Maßnahmen

Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst

Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich

Mindestens 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Marketing-Management, idealerweise in der Hotellerie Ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten und Detailgenauigkeit Starke Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu jonglieren und zu managen Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d).
