Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch Leidenschaft für Engineering und Führung Annahme von Herausforderungen, Verlassen der Komfortzone und Hinterfragen des Status quo für Effizienz Idealerweise Erfahrung im Management einer Gruppe oder eines Projekts, entweder während deines Studiums oder aus einem früheren Praktikum oder einer früheren Rolle Flexibilität und Offenheit für mindestens ein Jahr Arbeit im Ausland (in Europa), mit dem Recht, in Deutschland im 1. und 3.
