As a Local Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and executing projects that give our business a competitive advantage. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that are innovative, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage local projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results.
Ensure the successful achievement of project objectives related to scope, timeline, budget, and cash flow.
Balance multiple responsibilities, including project execution, functional support, self-development, and role expansion.
Engage and motivate project team members to proactively perform their tasks.
Collaborate effectively with functional groups within the project team.
What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Professional Certification in a closely related scientific or technical discipline.
Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
Proven ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and contribute to high-performing teams.
Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills in both German and English.
