NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Senior Client Executive (f/m/d) IT Services for our growing team in Germany.
Role responsibilities
Primary owner of the client relationship, responsible for using all corporate resources to maximize the solutions that NTT DATA providesManaging a portfolio of existing accountsOpening of new buying centers and positioning of NTTD key solution offeringsSupport of expansion & extension Sales initiatives Sales collaboration with other OpCos in OneNTT holistic Sales approach Leads an organization in a matrix managed environment to deliver all initiatives within a client engagementResponsible for managing the full lifecycle of client engagement(s) to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales, delivery, and profit and lossManages client financials based upon business objectives and service level agreements while meeting revenue goalsCollaborates with Delivery Leaders who manage and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure that client needs and contract requirements are satisfiedResponsible for providing appropriate deliverables to meet client needsProvides direction and guidance for operations, administration and results for a major department or multiple departments within a function or work areaEstablishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areasKnows the client's marketplace, competitive landscape, and financial and business driversKnows NTT DATA’s suite of offerings and collaborates with Consulting, Account Executive and other Sales Executives to formulate client solutions that link multiple NTT DATA business capabilities to a client’s strategic direction.Key skills
Applies an extremely deep understanding of Business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accountsUnderstands and applies long-term vision of business/ technology direction for NTT DATAProfound knowledge in Client relations of IT services solutionsAnalyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated sales strategiesCreates superior relationships with executive level executives and influential stakeholdersDemonstrates boardroom / executive presenceAccounts serviced are multinational and global requiring a high degree of internal NTT DATA coordination and collaborationManages clients of critical importance to NTT DATAPrimary contact at CEO, CIO and CTO level decision makersExpert industry and service solution knowledgeExpert understanding of client’s decision making process, goals, objectives and strategiesExpert business and financial acumenExpert ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositionsExpert presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent German and English language skills, both written and spokenBenefits
