Your New Role
The Customer Delivery Representative is responsible for processing customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. They schedule technician resources efficiently to meet customer needs while maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and sales colleagues. This role applies analytical judgment and in-depth product and service knowledge.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Process quotes and orders, coordinating with other teams for custom or special orders. Develop and deepen customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for queries and complaints. Record and process customer interactions using CRM systems for effective retention and business development activities. Interview customers to clarify requirements and update records accurately. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery. Respond to and resolve complex issues promptly, ensuring managerial approvals when needed. Plan and coordinate technicians for service delivery adhering to quality and safety standards. Effectively communicate the service delivery plan, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain an environment reflecting Survitec Values, ensuring a safety-first and inclusive culture. Develop and maintain capabilities through training and coaching to stay updated on technology and industry best practices.The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:
Completed training as a Commercial or Industrial Business Management Assistant or graduation/degree in economics. Commercial practice and work experience. Very good knowledge of the German language or a native speaker. Good knowledge of the English language. Interest in a technical background or work environment.Why You Should Work for Us
