As the right hand of the Managing Director of the owner-managed tech consulting company in Darmstadt, you will be at the exciting interface to the internal & external international partners and the headquarters. The Executive Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the Managing Director responsible for the DACH region and provides content-related collaboration.

We are looking for a loyal (Junior-)assistant who is forward-looking and has an eye for the essentials to ensure a smooth working day and who is looking forward to organizing the back office as well as to a long-term and trusting cooperation at eye level with the Managing Director.

Aufgaben
  • Support the Managing Director in the agile day-to-day business
  • Managing time, coordinating appointments, preparing for meetings and business events and more important content-related support
  • Preparation of business reports, presentation and meeting documents
  • Handling general correspondence and administrative tasks
  • Organizing business trips, performing the expense claims
  • Supporting other departments in various projects and events
Qualifikation
  • (First) experience in the role of assistant in a corporate environment Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in German and in English
  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills,
  • Flexible attitude towards your work and highly reliable
  • Highly Professional and detail oriented
  • Good proofreading and grammatical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Background in hotel and/or retail is an advantage
