Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/w/d) – Finish Goods

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung von kategoriebezogenen Beschaffungsstrategien durch die Anwendung aller relevanten Instrumente vom Strukturansatz bis zum strategischen Beschaffungsprozess

Sie optimieren die Beschaffungskosten und stellen die korrekte Verwendung der Ausgaben innerhalb einer Kategorie sicher

Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenverhandlungen und entsprechenden Vereinbarungen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben

Sie pflegen und entwickeln den Lieferantenstamm

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit bei der Lieferung und der Kapazitätsplanung

Sie unterstützen alle Aspekte im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit

Sie interagieren mit den Anwendern und Stakeholdern, wie z. B. Produktmanagement Organisationen, Supply Chain Planning

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen idealerweise über einen Abschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fach, Ingenieurwesen oder einem gleichwertigen Fachgebiet idealerweise mit Vorkenntnissen im Bereich Zerspanung

Sie haben über fünf Jahren Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem global agierenden Unternehmen

Sie haben Interesse an der Gestaltung von Lieferketten und verfügen über Verhandlungsgeschick in einem internationalen Umfeld

Sie bringen die Bereitschaft für (inter-) nationale Reisen zu unseren Produktionsstandorten und Lieferanten mit

Sie verbinden Ergebnisorientierung mit strategischem Denken und einem hohen Maß an persönlicher Integrität

Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, neue Ideen sowohl intern als auch extern erfolgreich zu kommunizieren
