Koordination des Erasmus+ Programms der Fakultät Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften (Departmental Coordination) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochschulkoordination im Akademischen Auslandsamt
Dazu gehören:
Partnerschaftspflege und -auswahl in Absprache mit der Fakultät, Betreuung des Ausschreibungsprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochschulkoordination, Auswahl und Platzierung der Studierenden, Nominierung der Studierenden an den Partneruniversitäten, Beratung der Studierenden in allen Phasen des Austauschprozesses (insb. zu fakultätsspezifischen Themen).Voraussetzungen:
Fachhochschulabschluss oder Bachelorabschluss, bevorzugt Wirtschaftswissenschaften Erfahrung im Hochschulbereich bzw. in einem Akademischen Auslandsamt erwünscht Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit der Mobiltitätsdatenbank Mobility Online von Vorteil Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache. Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache von Vorteil Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.Bei gleicher Eignung werden Schwerbehinderte bevorzugt eingestellt.
Die Stelle ist zu 50% unbefristet zu besetzen. Es besteht jedoch in Absprache die Möglichkeit, befristet Projekte mit bis zu weiteren 50% zu übernehmen.
