Arbeite mit einem talentierten Team aus Nachhaltigkeitsexperten, Softwareingenieuren und Produktentwicklern zusammen.

Gesucht wird ein/e erfahrene/r, motivierte/r und detailorientierte/r Finance & Accounting Manager/in, um die Finanzabteilung beim schnellen Wachstum des Unternehmens aufzubauen.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für alle Aspekte der Finanzen, einschließlich Buchhaltung (Zusammenarbeit mit externe Steuerberater), Finanzberichterstattung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Steuerplanung
  • Implementierung effizienter Berichtsstrukturen und Finanzsysteme für internes Monitoring und externe Investorenberichte
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Betriebs- und Finanzmodellen, einschließlich Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen, Cashflow und Bilanzen
  • Entwicklung von Richtlinien für die Standardisierung interner Berichterstattung von wiederkehrenden Umsätzen, ARR, EBITDA usw.
  • Implementierung von Best Practices und Finanzprozessen für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Integrität aller Finanzdaten und -berichte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO zur Unterstützung strategischer und operativer Initiativen im gesamten Unternehmen
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise als erste/_r Mitarbeiter/_in in dieser Funktion in einem B2B SaaS-Startup
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Finanzberichterstattung
  • Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzmodellierung und Finanzleistungsanalysen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Implementierung von Finanzsystemen und -prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- und Finanzmanagement-Tools, insbesondere DATEV
  • Außergewöhnliche analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Detailgenauigkeit
  • Starke Arbeitsmoral
  • Ein Standort in Berlin ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
