Was erwartet dich?
Du bist die Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen Personalangelegenheiten und begleitest sie durch alle Phasen des Employee Lifecycle Zusammen mit dem People & Culture Team gestaltest du aktiv unsere Personalstrategie, Organisationsentwicklung sowie Unternehmenskultur mit und behältst dabei die Personalkosten sowie alle relevanten KPI Du übernimmst Personalanfragen sowie das interne Personalmanagement, z.B. Klärung arbeitsrechtliche sowie steuerrechtliche Themen, Personaldatenpflege, etc. Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Durchführung der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung und stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit unseren externen Lohnbuchhaltern der einzelnen Länder Du arbeitest an Projekten wie Mitarbeiter-Surveys mit und leitest Implikationen ab Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte wie Betreuung des Themas Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Generalist in einer ähnlichen Rolle im HR/People & Culture Bereich mit Du bist mit dem gesamten Employee Lifecycle vertraut Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und ein hohes Maß an Empathie Als People Allrounder bist du sowohl an operativen als auch an kreativen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben interessiert und hast Lust, dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten Du besitzt eine sehr selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und überzeugst uns durch dein Organisationstalent. Du zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität aus Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit Du hast mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Bereich des deutschen Arbeitsrechts Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Du bringst sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse mit und hast idealerweise bereits mit einem HR-Tool (z.B. Personio) gearbeitet Du hast Interesse am Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement

What can you expect?
You are the contact person for employees in all HR matters and support them through all phases of the employee lifecycle Together with the People & Culture team, you actively shape our HR strategy, organizational development and corporate culture while keeping an eye on personnel costs and all relevant KPIs You take care of personnel inquiries and internal personnel management, e.g. clarification of labor law and tax law issues, personnel data maintenance, etc. You are jointly responsible for the implementation of preparatory payroll accounting and are in regular contact with our external payroll accountants in the individual countries You work on projects such as employee surveys and derive implications You take on projects independently, such as managing occupational health and safety issues
What should you bring along?
Ideally you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree or a comparable qualification You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a generalist in a similar role in the HR/People & Culture area You are familiar with the entire employee lifecycle You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of empathy As a people all-rounder, you are interested in operational as well as creative and conceptual tasks and are keen to familiarize yourself with new topics You have a very independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working and impress us with your organizational skills. You are characterized by your high level of enthusiasm, reliability and hands-on mentality Trustworthiness and discretion are a matter of course for you You have at least a basic knowledge of German labor law You have very good written and spoken German and English skills You have very good MS Office skills and ideally have already worked with an HR tool (e.g. Personio) You have an interest in sustainability management
