Head of Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance (f/m/d)

To support our Finance team we are searching for a Head of Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage, mentor and support our growing Group Consolidated Financial Reporting & Corporate Finance team; you will report to our CFO Ensure Quarterly and Yearly Group and Dutch Company Standalone Financial Reporting Prepare all SEC Filings for our NYSE listing Organize and coordinate all departments on fast close process in alignment with the auditors Support Sox controls in Financial Reporting & Corporate Finance Lead continuous improvement of P/L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reporting Manage the Corporate Finance and Treasury function with multiple currencies Lead projects on corporate development and M&A

WHO YOU ARE

Degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting at a senior level, ideally with at least 2 years of leading a team Strong IFRS background Experience in valuation and modeling Experience in a listed company a plus Strong analytical and communication skills Business Fluent in English; German is not required, but a plus
