Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Implementation Manager bei Eterno verantwortest du die Gestaltung und Umsetzung von umfassenden Implementierungsstrategien für unsere 3S-Lösungen in verschiedenen Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Dies beinhaltet u.a. die erfolgreiche technische Integration unserer Praxisverwaltungssysteme, Laborpartner und Medizingeräte, um eine nahtlose und effiziente Funktionalität sicherzustellen.

  • Deine Arbeit erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und internen Teams. Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Implementierungspläne, die spezifisch auf die individuellen Anforderungen und Betriebsabläufe der Gesundheitseinrichtungen zugeschnitten sind. Dabei liegt der Fokus darauf, die Lösungen optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden anzupassen und gleichzeitig eine reibungslose Integration zu gewährleisten. 

  • Als erfahrener Implementation Manager identifizierst du potenzielle Herausforderungen während des Implementierungsprozesses frühzeitig und arbeitest proaktiv an Lösungen, um diese Hindernisse zu überwinden. Deine Fähigkeit, Schwierigkeiten zu antizipieren und effektive Strategien zur Bewältigung zu entwickeln, ermöglicht eine nahtlose Implementierung und einen erfolgreichen Abschluss des Projekts.

  • Als Implementation Manager trägst du die Verantwortung, Prototypen oder Proof-of-Concept-Modelle zu entwickeln, um die Funktionalität und Machbarkeit der Lösung zu demonstrieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie den Anforderungen entspricht. Dieser Prozess des Prototyping und Proof of Concept ermöglicht es, die Praktikabilität und Leistungsfähigkeit der Lösung zu überprüfen, noch bevor sie vollständig ein - und umgesetzt werden. Deine Rolle besteht darin, diesen Entwicklungsprozess zu leiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lösung den spezifischen Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen entspricht und gleichzeitig deren Machbarkeit und Effizienz aufzeigt.

  • Zusätzlich verantwortest du die Planung und Durchführung der Datenmigration von bestehenden zum neuen System. Hierbei sorgst du für eine reibungslose Übertragung von Daten unter Berücksichtigung von Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die neue Lösung nahtlos betriebsbereit ist.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT, insbesondere im medizintechnischen oder nahen Umfeld, oder alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Informationstechnologie

  • Umfassendes Wissen über IT-Systeme und -Architekturen im Gesundheitswesen, einschließlich elektronischer Patientenakten (EPA), Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) Gesundheitsinformationssystemen (HIS), Krankenhausinformationssystemen (KIS) und anderen Gesundheitstechnologien

  • Starke Kenntnisse in der Systemintegration und Datenintegration, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Praxisverwaltungssystemen, idealerweise mit der Insuite von Doc Cirrus

  • Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte klar und präzise zu kommunizieren, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten

  • Kenntnisse über die rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen, einschließlich Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit
