KG Organization Gas Services Business Unit Service Europe & Africa Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Siemens Energy DS in Thailand has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager (f/m/d) for Siemens Energy medium-sized Gas Turbine (SGT800). The role located in our Bangkok HQ, will be an essential part in our regional Field Service team to support our fleet consisting of 150 SGT-800 units in Asia-Pacific. Our approach is to transition an experienced professional as Field Service Site Manager (f/m/d) with experience in leading and implementing maintenance activities from Siemens Energy Finspong to our local team in Thailand which currently consists of 50 Field Service Engineers in different roles. How You’ll Make an Impact Perform quality assured inspections of Gas Turbines SGT-800 according to the preventive maintenance program and the information provided by the project teams. Provide recommendations for turbine conditions and overhaul plans as well as preventive maintenance schedules according to the service program. Monitor the inspection procedures and provide accurate instructions for necessary repairs, including full accountability for effective document management, reporting processes, and execution quality as well as safety procedures. Repair and report malfunctioning equipment, provide feedback on technical product information and suggest areas of improvements as well as solutions. Respond to request for clarifications and provide end-to-end reporting to the relevant parties regarding failure analysis and root cause analysis. Train, mentor and further develop a team of highly qualified Field Service specialists, engineers, and supervisors to become a benchmark for energy service implementation in the region Asia-Pacific. Provide active guidance in resource planning and development of local and regional Field Service capabilities as well as subcontractors. Actively drive the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization, paperless and data driven maintenance, capability-based resource allocation, usage of 3D and remote technologies or laser measurement. What You Bring Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation equipment. Willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in tropical climate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with business fluency in English and Swedish. Ability to work well in a diverse and multi-cultural team. Ability to meet demanding schedule requirements with quality of work and safety as top priorities. Strong Leadership and Presentation skills. Superior mentoring skills to enhance team capabilities, quality of work, decision making, and self-confidence of team members. Ability to perform all types of standard and non-standard inspections, as well as lead all types of non-standard investigations on SGT-800.-
