Strategisches Revenue Management (SRM) ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit zu beeinflussen, wie wir bei Mars Food & Nutrition unsere Marken und Produkte, wie Ben's Original und Miracoli auf dem deutschen und österreichischen Markt positionieren und über Kunden und Kategorien hinweg Wertschöpfung treiben.

Als SMR Analyst wirst Du in der Umsetzung der SRM Agenda gemeinsam mit dem SRM Manager für zwei der wichtigsten Hebel zuständig sein und die direkte Verantwortung für Pricing- und Trade-Term Strategie in den beiden Märkten Deutschland und Österreich übernehmen.

Dein Dienstsitz kann deswegen entweder Verden oder Wien sein.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen oder äquivalente Qualifikation

Gute Kenntnisse des Konsumgütermarktes (FMCG) und der Märkte Deutschland & Österreich (. der Kundenlandschaft)

Umfassende Kenntnisse von Vermarkungsmechaniken und ihrer Funktionsweisen

Erfahrung in der praktischen Analyse (. als Finance-, Category- oder Sales-Analyst), sowie die Fähigkeit, Erkenntnisse aus verschiedenen Datensätzen zu generieren

Hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse und Affinität zu Systemen

fließendes Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich

Deine Aufgaben

Zusammenarbeit mit dem SRM Manager in der Erstellung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung der mittel- und langfristigen Preis- und Vermarktungsstrategie für Deutschland & Österreich, um relevante Geschäfts-KPIs positiv zu beeinflussen

Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Pflege von Preisanalysen, Trackings und Reportings um die Entscheidungsfindung in allen Planungsprozessen zu optimieren

Erstellung und Umsetzung der Pricing Strategie für Deutschland und Österreich, sowie von Promotion-Optimierungsinitiativen und Kunden-Konditionsstrukturen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams, um strategische Entscheidungen zu beeinflussen, Erkenntnisse aus der Marktanalyse zu teilen und die Organisation im Bereich der Strategischen Ausrichtung weiterzuentwickeln und zu befähigen gute Entscheidungen zu treffen

Unterstützung der Account Manager im Bereich der Preis-, Promo- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie bei der Erstellung von Kundenplänen

Modellierung von Zukunftsszenarien, zur Unterstützung strategischer Pläne und zur Ausrichtung der Marken- und Produktportfolios

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datennutzung, des Datenzugangs und der Datenverfügbarkeit, um effiziente Prozesse zu ermöglichen und qualitativ hochwertige, datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen
