Werden Sie Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte. Ihre Aufgaben:- Regular Technician (RT) erbringen anspruchsvolle Leistungen im Personal Systems Umfeld, einfache Leistungen im Datacenter und Networking Umfeld
- Regular Technician sorgen für Hardwareinstallationsdienstleistungen, für die eine IT spezifische Qualifikation und Erfahrungen im IT Umfeld notwendig sind.
- Eingesetzt werden Regular Technician beispielsweise in Rollouts oder auch als Leiter von kleinen Installationsteams, in denen der Auf - und Abbau von angelieferter Hardware beim Kunden koordiniert wird
- Auf- /Abbau im Rahmen von Installationen und Umzügen
- Physikalischer Anschluss der Client- bzw. Server- Einheit inklusive der Peripheriegeräte
- Durchführung von Funktionstests
- Pflege von Checklisten und Assetdaten
- Inventarisierung / Assetpflege in Kundentool
- Durchführung von HW- Reparaturen
- Fehlerverfolgung, wenn eine HW- Reparatur nicht zum Erfolg führt
- IMAC- Services für die oben genannten Supportobjekte
- Selbständige Durchführung von HW- Aufrüstungen
- Einrichten von IP- Adressen nach Vorgaben
- HW/SW Installation nach Vorgaben
- Basiskonfiguration Hardware
- Basiskonfiguration Client- OS
- Hardware 1st , 2nd Level Support
- Call Annahme, mit Qualifizierung, 1.Level Support in dokumentierten, standardisierten und einfachen Lösungsschritten
- Leitung von Installationsteams Ihr Profil:- Abgeschlossene IT-spezifische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration und Reparatur von IT-Hardware und Netzwerksystemen.
- Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Hardware- und Softwareinstallationen sowie in der Netzwerkkonfiguration.
- Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit sowie zur Führung kleiner Teams.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Fehlerverfolgung.
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Inventarisierung und Assetpflege.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung.
