Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Our client is a pioneering company driving the transformation of traffic and mobility towards a more sustainable future. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects to ensure seamless operations.
  • Independently perform maintenance work and repairs, analyzing causes of malfunctions to provide effective solutions.
  • Execute and oversee agreed-upon services outlined in service orders, contributing to development projects at the Pulheim branch near Cologne.
  • Document all tasks completed, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Primarily conduct on-site work at customer locations, utilizing the company car allocated for these tasks.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably with a license as an electrician in the EU.
  • State-certified technician or a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Possession of a class 3/B driving license; class 2/C is a plus.
  • Confident and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German, along with good English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to travel.
