Product Marketer Automotive

As a Product Marketer at 3SS, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of in-car entertainment by promoting and marketing our automotive entertainment solutions. Your role involves transforming and shaping our product for carmakers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure that the product is effectively marketed and that it meets customer needs. Your insights, strategic thinking, and deep industry expertise will be instrumental to understand the product's unique selling points, target audience, competitive landscape, and pricing strategy in order to use this knowledge to develop marketing materials, messaging, and go-to-market plans for the product.

- Transforming & shaping the vision: Take the lead in shaping a visionary direction for our in-car entertainment solutions. Envision how carmakers can revolutionize the automotive experience, engage passengers, and elevate their journeys with their unique entertainment experience.
- Facilitate Collaborative Engagement: Your role requires facilitating collaboration and communication among diverse teams, customers, and partners. Ensure that all stakeholders work together effectively to align the product and solutions with our overarching vision and cater to everyone's needs.
- Champion User-Centered Design: Advocate for a user-centric design philosophy, emphasizing the importance of creating a superior user experience. Guide product development towards meeting user requirements and delivering immersive and enjoyable entertainment experiences.
- Strategically Guide Development: Leverage your profound understanding of the automotive industry to make strategic decisions that steer the product's trajectory. Your industry insights and informed choices will drive innovation and keep us competitive in the market.
- Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Ensure not just satisfaction but the exceeding of customer expectations. Actively collect feedback, stay attuned to market trends, lead efforts for continuous product improvement, and engage in product marketing to support customer acquisition while effectively communicating the product's value to the market.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create Winning Presentations: Develop compelling and persuasive presentations to effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of our products.
- Conduct Customer Demos: Showcase our products to potential customers through engaging and informative demonstrations.
- Align Overall Messaging Across Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Create New Concepts & Prototypes with Design: Collaborate with the design team to explore and develop new product concepts and prototypes that push the boundaries of in-car entertainment.
- Work with Project Teams: Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategies and go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering products in the automotive or related industry.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including knowledge of in-vehicle entertainment systems, infotainment platforms, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Passion for innovation and the ability to envision and execute groundbreaking ideas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in product, engineering, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Working experience in product marketing and/or product management.
- Experience with digital entertainment services (video, audio, music, games).
- Familiarity with usability, A/B testing, and conducting interviews.
- Collaboration experience with designers and developers.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence), Design Tools (Figma, Adobe Suite), Website Tools (Webflow), and Social Media Ads & SEA.
- Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Relevant certification(s) in related fields.
- Previous involvement in projects related to digital entertainment services.
