**Role Purpose**:
MSX International is looking for a **Market Launch Senior Specialist** (m/w/d) to support a Premium Car Brand in Stuttgart / remotely.

The Market Launch Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing all the needed activities for all clusters/projects within Aftersales, ensures the overall department vision to develop an end-to-end overview of the preparation needed for market launch on the different markets across EU, on wave basis, and steers/develops actions to solve critical project issues. This role will be in an all-time and close collaboration and coordination between all Aftersales clusters, IT experts, external partners as well as the overall company PMO organization.

**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:

- DevelopIing solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
- Establishing processes for Aftersales processes documentation and continuous update
- Developing and implementing detailed processes for tracking of Aftersales market launch activities
- To bring Aftersales market launch into a success story, coordinate and facilitate workshops to enable teams to contribute to the overall Aftersales project
- To ensure agile methodologies as well as roles and responsibilities are well implemented throughout the project and market launch
- To support the organisation in always putting the end-to-end customer experience and client’s interests first
- To proactively look for improvements within projects and potential new ideas
- To define and consolidate target milestones from business perspective across different Aftersales clusters.
- To coordinate and stream leading interfaces between business and IT and 3rd parties in order to asses and solve questions from business and IT within project/program
- To be responsible for planning, governance and overseeing the successful achievement of project milestones
- To enable easy and efficient ways and methodologies to actively track and analyse project activities
- To assess if escalation steps are needed to be taken
- To analyse the potential factors of performance results and provide constructive proposal of improvement
- To develop templates and tools to assure project efficiency (with a get things done attitude) and an efficient way to track project status

**What do we require from you?**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in business (informatics), engineering or a comparable degree e.g. innovation and technology management
- Scrum (e.g. scrum.org or SAFe)/project management certificates or trainings are a plus

**Professional Experience**:

- **
4 years** or above experience in automotive (luxury) retail industry or consultancy, preferred in project management,
Aftersales, production/quality planning, product management or similar area
- Proven ability to implement ideas/visions into projects/products and manage project management tasks independently between different parties and stakeholders
- Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years)

**Knowledge / Functional Expertise**:

- Experience in (digital) transformation or setting up digital organisations/teams with the help of agile methodologies
- Strong skills in product or project management
- Knowledge or experiences in managing or working together with 3rd parties or subsidiaries/markets
- High affinity and understanding for Aftersales business and organization
- Basic **automotive technical know-how**, preferably with electric vehicles

**Key Competencies / Soft Skills**:

- Solid proficiency in project management methodologies
- Ability to understand both **business** and **IT** requirements
- Able to be visionary and think strategically anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges, identify business opportunities always being open for new business models (digitisation)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and numeric skills with a results-oriented personality
- ** Fluent in English**. Other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China)
