Your tasks

Project work in partly international vehicle developments Responsible for new development projects in the area of steel (and electronics where applicable) Negotiation of purchasing conditions Coordination and tracking of measures to secure deliveries Selecting suppliers and securing deliveries of purchased parts for A1 and A2 samples, prototypes, initial samples, pilot series and pilot series Ensuring the assigned project line, coordination, scheduling and reporting Synchronization and exchange with other projects Acting as an interface between design and strategic purchasing

Your profile

Completed university degree in industrial engineering desirable Several years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the field of steel (laser-edged parts, turning, milling, etc.) Prior knowledge of international markets, suppliers and material knowledge with a focus on steel assemblies Ideally additional experience in the field of electronics Knowledge of design (reading and understanding plans) Experienced with MS Office and SAP module MM/BW Business fluent in written and spoken German and English Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Working time model: 35 hours/week
