(Junior) Medical Manager (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

Du bist verantwortlich für das medizinische Management im Therapiegebiet Dermatologie

Du entwickelst medizinische Strategien zur Unterstützung produktspezifischer Geschäftsaktivitäten für den internen und externen wissenschaftlichen Austausch

Du interpretierst klinische Studien und Forschungen über verschiedene Produkte

Du bist zuständig für die medizinische/wissenschaftliche Beratung und Unterstützung für interne Abteilungen wie Marketing, Sales und Market Access

Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung und Genehmigung von Werbematerialien für das zugewiesene Therapiegebiet sowie die wissenschaftliche externe Kommunikation unter Einhaltung der geltenden nationalen Gesetze und Vorschriften sowie Unternehmensrichtlinien

Du gestaltest lokale Werbekampagnen bezogen auf die wissenschaftlichen Inhalte mit

Du unterstützt aus medizinischer Sicht bei der Geschäftsentwicklung und der Einführung neuer Produkte.

Du managest aktiv die relevanten KOL und Stakeholder

Du gestaltest Kongresse und nimmst an diesen Teil

Durch die Organisation von Ad Boards generierst du wissenschaftliche Insights

Informationen über neue Forschungsrichtungen, Ideen, Praktiken in der Patientenversorgung und Ermittlung von „unmet needs“

Du beantwortest medizinisch wissenschaftliche Anfragen im Second Level

Du unterstützt in den Bereichen Medical Information, SOP und Prozesserstellung sowie Freigabeprozesse

Wen wir suchen:

Ein medizinischer Abschluss oder ein Diplom/ Staatsexamen/ Master-Abschluss in einer naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin.

Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in vergleichbarer Position

Ausgeprägte organisatorische, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität

Kenntnis der lokalen Vorschriften für Werbeverhalten und Sicherheitsberichte

Grundlagenwissen klinischer und statistischer Forschungsmethoden

Kenntnisse im Bereich Budget/Finanzen

Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Networking

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

Gute Englischkenntnisse
