Der Unternehmensbereich Wurth Electronics Midcom, ein in den USA ansässiges Unternehmen, das seinen Europahauptsitz in Deutschland hat, ist auf die Entwicklung und Produktion von kundenspezifischen induktiven Bauelementen spezialisiert.
Das erwartet dich
Entwickeln der Struktur und Vision der Qualitätsabteilung Überwachen der Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen sowie Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Branchenvorschriften, Normen und Zertifizierungen Sensibilisieren des Unternehmens zur dauerhaften Optimierung der eigenen Prozesse Identifizieren kritischer Probleme und Engpässe in internen Abläufen, einschließlich Qualitäts-, Regulierungs- und Ressourcenprobleme, die sich auf Produktionsprojekte auswirken Einstellen, Schulen, Beraten und Führen aller Qualitätsmitarbeiter:innen, um die Ziele der Abteilung/Organisation zu erreichen und die jeweilige persönliche Entwicklung zu fördern Verbesserung der Produktqualität durch Aufbau eines soliden Evaluierungsprozesses in der Produktentwicklung
Das bringst du mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung 10+ Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen sowie idealerweise 5-7 Jahre Managementerfahrung Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und nachweisliche Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu leiten Umfangreiche Kenntnisse von Qualitätssystemen und -instrumenten sowie von technischen und technologischen Grundsätzen und Praktiken Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn mit der Fähigkeit, fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen, die in der Regel komplex und breit angelegt sind
