Discover your exciting role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Architect Applications (m/f/d) to join our great team.
The Senior Solution Architect Applications takes a proactive and comprehensive approach in leading and supporting enterprise architecture (EA) activities focused on developing and managing a portfolio of application and infrastructure solutions tailored for Exyte. This role operates within the framework of enterprise architecture principles, rules, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Lead and support solution architecture activities related to application and infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
- Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint, aligning with business objectives and documenting Exyte's solution architecture design
- Continuously analyze and design the target technology landscape architecture, ensuring alignment with the business applications landscape and enterprise architecture
- Develop a detailed roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio, considering current and future states defined by the Enterprise Architecture
- Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Architecture Team to establish an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) framework and implement it during the shaping of Solution Architecture for Exyte's Application Landscape
- Support smooth Change Management for Solution Architecture, overseeing the transition from Demand Management through project execution into operations, managing the full cycle development process for regional and global IT projects
- Teamlead and guide IT personnel globally and regionally in the functional area for development and integration projects, providing architectural guidance and direction
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role in enterprise architecture with a focus on application and infrastructure solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP and non-SAP, Microsoft and Azure Services
- Minimum 5 years experience of SAP implementations in complex environments
- Many years of experience in IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
