Vielfältige Aufgaben erwarten Ihr Engagement:

Sie werden Teil der topsystem GmbH und damit Teil der EPG. Als Technical Writer (m/w/d) in unserer Business Unit Logistics Solutions sind Sie federführend bei der Erstellung, Aufbereitung und (internen) Bereitstellung von technischen Inhalten und Dokumentationen zu unseren erklärungsbedürftigen Softwareprodukten. Sie sorgen so dafür, dass sowohl unsere (potenziellen) Kunden als auch unsere Kolleg:innen mit zielgruppengerechten Informationen versorgt werden und so stets auf dem aktuellen Stand sind.

Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen:

Sie sind verantwortlich für zielgruppenspezifische Anpassungen und Ergänzungen von Dokumentationskonzepten. Sie verantworten und administrieren unseren Prozess zur Generierung technischer Softwaredokumentationen. Sie verfolgen aktuelle Entwicklungen und verarbeiten diese in Ihrer Dokumentation. Sie verantworten den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau des Dokumentations-Prozesses. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Fach- und IT-Abteilungen zusammen. Sie weisen Dokumentationsaufgaben Werkstudenten und Autoren zu und leiten diese entsprechend an.

Ihr interessantes Profil runden Sie mit folgenden Qualifikationen ab:

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der technischen Redaktion, BWL, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie können aus komplexen technischen Themen sowohl den betriebswirtschaftlichen Nutzen herausstellen als auch fachliche Inhalte leicht verständlich transportieren.
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen. Mit Ihren ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Ihrer Kreativität sowie technischem Verständnis zeichnen Sie sich besonders aus. Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Stil- und Schreibsicherheit, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist vorteilhaft.
