Pharmaceutical Sales Manager Eastern Europe

- Umsetzung der globalen Geschäftsstrategie in der Region
- Überwachung und Anpassung der Sales-Strategie zur Zielerreichung in den Regionen
- Identifizierung, Analyse und Umwanldung von neuen Märkten und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in erfolgreiche Business Cases
- Sicherstellung der Sales Excellence der lokalen Teams zur optimalen Vermarktung der Produkte
- Laufende Analyse und Verbesserung interner Sales-Prozesse
- Übernahme der jährlichen Budgetplanung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Pharmazie, Gesundheitswesen, Naturwissenschaften oder BWL
- Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Arzneimitteln, Kosmetika oder Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit, besonders in Englisch
- Vorausschauendes wirtschaftliches Denken sowie ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Wunsch, sich proaktiv persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und Teil eines starken Teams zu sein
