Als Expert Hardware Tester im Controls Electronics Team haben Sie die Möglichkeit, innovative Lösungen für den sich schnell entwickelnden Bereich der Automobilelektronik zu entwickeln. Die Stelle befindet sich innerhalb des Hardware-Entwicklungsteams für Steuerungselektronik am Standort Regensburg in Deutschland. Das Team entwickelt kundenspezifische und serientaugliche Steuerungshardware für die Leistungselektronik, die in Hybrid- und Elektroautos eingesetzt wird, und zwar für die Wechselrichterplattform, die Batteriemanagementsystem-Plattform (BMS), die ADAS-Plattform (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) und kundenspezifische Anwendungen. Der Zugang zu Demonstrationsfahrzeugen und Demoplattformen ermöglicht eine schnelle Erprobung der Konzepte unter realen Bedingungen.

IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:

Ausarbeitung von Hardware-Testkonzepten und Definition von Testfällen, abgeleitet aus Anforderungen und Architekturen in den Bereichen Wechselrichtersteuerungen, DCDC-Wandlersteuerungen, Batteriemanagementsysteme und Fahrerassistenzsysteme Definition und Durchführung von detaillierten Spezifikationstests Unterstützung und Fehlerbehebung bei der Systemqualifizierung, einschließlich elektrischer Tests, Umwelttests, Vibrations- und mechanischer Tests sowie Lebensdauertests Konformitätstests von Hochgeschwindigkeitsschnittstellen wie USB, PCI-e, Kamera, Ethernet mit modernsten 25-GHz-Oszilloskopen und integrierter Konformitätssoftware Hochspannungstests (bis zu 1000 V DC) und Hochleistungstests (bis zu 1000 V und 1000 A) Prüfung sicherheitsrelevanter Hardware-Elemente nach ISO26262-Methoden Testautomatisierung auf Basis von National Instrument LabView und TestStand Entwicklung von EOL-Testspezifikationen auf PCBA-Ebene und für vollständig montierte Produkte Mitverantwortung für das Testen von Prototypen und Serienprodukten in Übereinstimmung mit den Automotive-Prozessen Agiles Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektteam Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden aus der EU, Asien, Amerika und dem Rest der Welt

IHR PROFIL:

Bachelor, Master mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder Promotion in Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Physik 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von eingebetteter Hardware/Steuerelektronik und Tests Kenntnisse im Umgang mit EMI-Anforderungen und technischen Methoden zur Einhaltung dieser Anforderungen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entwicklungswerkzeugen wie Altium Designer, LTSpice Erfahrung im Umgang mit PTC Integrity ist ein Plus Kenntnisse im Bereich Automotive, Design-Standards und Design-Prozesse, sind ein Pluspunkt Gute Englischkenntnisse mit starken analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern auszukommen Persönlichkeit ist mehr als alles andere
