Wir suchen Sie:
**Senior Projektleiter für Control and Power Electronics (m/w/d)**:
Als Projektleiter führen Sie organisatorisch und fachlich ein Projektteam, das innovative Automotive Elektronik Hardware Lösungen aus den Bereichen Inverter, DCDC Konverter, On Board Charger entwickelt.
Mit Ihren Ideen unterstützen Sie zudem das effiziente Projektmanagement.

**IHR AUFGABENBEREICH**:

- Projektplanung und -organisation als innovativer Ideengeber
- Leitung von Prototypen
- und Serienprojekten für Automotive Leistungselektronik Produkten HV Inverter, DCDC-wandler und On Board Charger
- Koordination aller Aktivitäten des Projektumfanges bzgl. der Themenanforderungen, elektrisches und mechanisches Design sowie der Fertigung und Logistik
- Regelmäßiges Abstimmen der Inhalte mit dem Projektteam und dem Kunden und Koordination der entsprechenden Umsetzung über alle Musterphasen bis zum Serieneinsatz
- Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung von Prototypen und die serienreife Entwicklung von Neuprodukten unter Einhaltung der Automotive Prozesse
- Agiles Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektteam
- Kontinuierliches Abstimmen mit internationalen Kunden aus der EU, Asien, Amerika und dem Rest der Welt
- Interne Abstimmung von Projektinhalten mit dem Management und der Geschäftsleitung

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium TU/FH Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Power Electronics
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter
- Erfahrung mit Produkt lifecylce management tool PTC Integrity oder Doors
- Überzeugungskraft und Kreativität
- Gute Kenntnisse im Automotivbereich inklusive dessen Prozessen
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute englische & deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
- Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
