Key job responsibilities
- Als Customer Advisor erstellst und implementierst du innovative Konzepte zur kontinuerlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner B2B Kunden
- Du präsentierst die Möglichkeiten und Vorteile von Amazon Business überzeugend an Führungskräfte und unterstützt bei der Implementierung
- Du analysierst laufende Einkaufsprozesse deiner Kunden und deckst Optimierungspotenziale auf
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit deinen Amazon Business Kunden innovative, effiziente und digitale Einkaufsstrategien
- Du hörst deinen Kunden zu und verstehst deren Anforderungen sowie aktuelle Marktbedürfnisse und gibst diese an unsere Partner Teams wie Produktmanagement, Technik oder Category Management weiter
- Du entwickelst eine Wachstumsstrategie für deine Kunden und baust dir eine starke Pipeline auf, um deine Ziele zu erreichen
- Du übst gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten für Geschäftspräsentationen oder Kundentermine vor Ort aus (10-25%)
About the team
Du wirst Teil des schnell wachsenden Amazon Business Commercial Teams in Deutschland. Deine Kunden kommen aus dem Bereich Business Products & Services (kurz: BPS). BPS umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Kunden beispielsweise aus den Bereichen Dienstleistung, Beratung oder Professional Services. Unterstütze deine Kunden dabei, ihre Beschaffung zu vereinfachen, um damit deren Leistungen für Kunden noch besser verfolgen zu können.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb bzw. Account Management
- Ausgezeichnetes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Überzeugungsfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Vertrieb an Führungskräfte und C-Level Executives- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von B2B Großkunden
- Affinität zu eCommerce und digitalen Technologien
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren und Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken (z.B. Excel) und CRM-Tools (z.B. Salesforce)
- Starke Problemlösungs- und Serviceorientierung
- Bereitschaft, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln, um Umsatz- und Input-Ziele zu erreichen
