What you’ll do

:

Position title: SAP {LoB} iXp Intern (f/m/d) – iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Product Communications and Editorial Assistance

Work Area: ​Software-User Experience 

In this role, you’ll: 

We hire to support our User Experience Design team with communications and editorial activities. You would get:

a basic understanding of the Cloud ERP products and design work, an insight into our communication strategy and challenges, and to be involved in the creation of an internal product communication strategy. You would support us with: planning and executing our product communication activities, co-writing our success stories, setting up and operating a content management system, creating and maintaining organizational communication channels in MS Teams and SharePoint, and collecting material and media that can help evangelize and show the value of UX internally.

Who you are

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing and Information- or Communication-Design, Communication Sciences, Online Editor, Technical Editor, Social Media Management or similar suitable. Computer skills: Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint and any content management systems. Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus. Soft skills: good communication and presentation skills especially in writing in English, good project management capabilities, organized, able to work independently with some direction, great service mentality.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
