About the SAP Internship Experience Program: 

 

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

GPO apply our procurement expertise to generate sustainable value with and in our supplier network and to contribute value to our business stakeholders. To achieve this, we are in the middle of our rapid transformation – this helps us keep up with the fast-changing environment (new technologies with rapid innovation cycles, rising stakeholder expectations and regulations). GPO has developed into an agile & strategic procurement organization. Agility and speed is not just part of our DNA but also allows us to move from inception to operationalization.

 

What you’ll do: 

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)

Work Area: ​Finance

 

In this role, you’ll: 

 

  • Support the CPO and GPO office with administrative tasks (such as travel/event planning or on-/offboarding)
  • Project support for various procurement projects
  • Data quality verification and reporting

 

Who you are: 

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

 

  • Preferred fields of study: Business or IT or a combination of both
  • Computer skills: data analysis within SAP environment, experience with SAP systems and tooling, MS Office
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus
  • Soft skills: digital native, connectional IQ, curiosity, self organized
  • Others: ideally prior SAP work experience

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
