Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Team Coordinator to join our team. This role will be integral in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for driving results.
In detail you will:
- Assist in the creation and refinement of slides for senior leadership and customers.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on next steps.
- Contribute to sales collateral development, including content research and slide design.
- Oversee the process for sales quarterly reports to be sent to CCO and CEO, including quarterly SD reports and country reports, following up with SD leads and country leads, and finalizing the report.
- Manage the Sales Confluence page, ensuring that new processes are created and existing ones are updated.
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners by setting up meetings and creating an onboarding library with videos and materials.
- Assist with special sales projects, such as competitor analysis, market research, persona development, etc
- Coordinate large events, such as the EXPO in October, by organizing planning meetings, managing invitations, booking accommodations and travel, and overseeing booth setup and meeting coordination.
- Organizing and ordering team equipment (business cards, event material, etc)
- Plan & execute team events & workshops & reoccurring team meetings
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a coordinator or support role, preferably within a sales or commercial team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, collaborative working approach with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Confluence, Power Point, Miro, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
