Ihre Aufgaben

Sie tragen aktiv zur globalen Energiewende von fossilen Brennstoffen zu erneuerbaren Energien beiSie spielen eine entscheidende Rolle für den kommerziellen Erfolg eines schnell wachsenden internationalen Herstellers auf dem globalen Markt für PhotovoltaikanlagenSie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Softwaretools, die von internen und externen Anwendern für die Auslegung und Planung von Solarparks und Solaranlagen auf Hausdächern in aller Welt genutzt werdenSie setzen innovative Lösungen ein und legen dabei den Schwerpunkt auf ausgefeilte Benutzeroberflächen, marktführende Funktionalität und kontinuierliche OptimierungIn Ihrer operativen Rolle fungieren Sie als Product Owner und wenden agile Softwareentwicklungsverfahren anSie managen alle Aspekte des Produktlebenszyklus vom Design und der Implementierung bis hin zur Bereitstellung und laufenden WartungSie planen und managen entsprechende Sprints unter Berücksichtigung einer effizienten Zeit- und Kostenplanung. Durch vernetzte Feedbackschleifen behalten Sie den Überblick über die einzelnen PrioritätsstufenSie konzipieren und managen System- und Softwaretests, Produktänderungsmanagement und Produktdokumentationsprozesse in Übereinstimmung mit den Best Practices der SoftwareentwicklungsbrancheSie sind Ansprechpartner für alle Software- und Entwicklungsfragen aus F&E, anderen technischen Abteilungen und dem VertriebSie optimieren kontinuierlich den internen Softwareentwicklungsprozess 

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Implementierungsspezialist, Teamleiter oder Product Owner oder eine ähnliche PositionMindestens 2 Jahre nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung von kundenorientierten WebproduktenGute Kenntnisse von Webanwendungen und agilen Methoden sind ein MussErfahrungen im Bereich UI/UX und Customer Journey Management sind von VorteilSie arbeiten gerne im Team und fördern agile ProjektmethodenSie sind leidenschaftlich bei der Arbeit und fördern Ihre Produktvision proaktiv mit Energie und der richtigen Mischung aus Struktur und KreativitätSie haben ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis dafür, wie sich Ihre Arbeit direkt auf den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Ihrer Vertriebskollegen und deren Kunden auswirktSie sind eine aufgeschlossene Person mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
