Job Description
As an experienced member of the Communications Strategy team within Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns as part of cross-functional campaign core teams. Your specific area of responsibility will be the creation of the campaign narrative/story, which will ultimately be the basis for all marketing materials across print, digital, web, and events. You develop creative marketing materials and new communication strategies that are rooted in effectiveness and include mechanisms to measure success and improve accordingly. You are responsible for gathering briefing, clarifying issues and writing proposals and drafts (depending on their fit with the defined campaign strategy) through to the finalization of marketing materials and approval for distribution. You work closely with our internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams – including Product Management to Brand Visualization, Corporate Communications, Conferences & Events, Digital Marketing, Legal, and HR.Qualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and have several years of professional experience in a marketing communications function or similar, preferably in the life sciences industry. Your fulfill your tasks with confident demeanor, can-do attitude, and collaborative approach. You are able to drive projects forward with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills. You have experience in coordinating activities, ensuring workflows, and quality standards (SOPs). Your organizational skills enable you to manage and control projects independently. You are familiar with common digital content and task management systems and your attention to detail allows you to quickly learn new subject areas. Your English language skills are at or near native speaker level; you will be tasked with writing texts and communicating with international stakeholders as a large part of your job.Additional Information
