Einen Schwerpunkt unseres umfangreichen Digital Manufacturing Portfolios bilden unsere Manufacturing Engineering Lösungen zur Planung und Absicherung (Simulation) von manuellen und automatisierten Montage- und Fertigungsprozessen auf Basis eines Digitalen Zwillings und einer durchgängigen Datenplattform (Teamcenter).

Wie gestaltest Du die Welt von morgen? Herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert

  • Als PLM-Spezialist*in bringst Du die Anforderungen unserer Kund*innen und die im PreSales erarbeiteten Manufacturing Engineering Lösungen zusammen. Du definierst konkrete Architekturen auf Basis der Kundenbedürfnisse, natürlich immer vor dem Hintergrund einer optimalen wirtschaftlichen Umsetzbarkeit
  • Routiniert berätst Du unser Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio und beziehst vor- und nachgeschaltete Prozesse aus Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management und Services mit ein (Lifecycle Engineering)
  • Du verantwortest die zielsichere Integration der Architekturen in die Gesamtsysteme unter Berücksichtigung bestehender IT-Systemlandschaften
  • Als „Trusted Advisor“ führst Du die Kunden*innen auch in schwierigen Situationen und bist für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der technischen Lösungen verantwortlich
  • Du arbeitest als Experte / Expertin aktiv an der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Best-Practices und dem weiteren Ausbau unserer Wissensdatenbank
  • Bei Bedarf übernimmst Du die Unterstützung und fachliche Leitung multinationaler Teams, die unsere Kund*innen im Rahmen von Projekten bei der Implementierung und Nutzung der Manufacturing Engineering Software Lösungen begleiten.

Wie wirst Du Teil unseres Teams? Mit viel Leidenschaft und Mut

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium allg. Maschinenbau, Produktions- oder Fertigungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung in der Beratung und Konzepterstellung für PLM Prozesse
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung mit der Konfiguration, Installation und kundenspezifischen Erweiterung von PLM Systemen machen
  • Du besitzt Prozesswissen aus mehreren Industrien im Umfeld der Produktentwicklung und/oder Fertigung und Service
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Planung und Absicherung von Produktionsprozessen, im Zusammenspiel mit internen Abteilungen oder Zulieferern aus der Konstruktion, Simulation und Fertigung
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse über das Siemens DISW Digital Manufacturing Engineering Produktportfolio und deren Anwendungsfeldern, insbesondere im Bereich der Layout- / Prozessplanung mit Teamcenter MPP (Manufacturing Process Planner) / Easy Plan, NX Line Designer, der Simulation von Fertigungsprozessen mit Process Simulate oder der Ablaufsimulation mit Plant Simulation
  • Du kennst die Vorteile der PLM Philosophie und verstehst die Rolle unserer Produkte
  • Du bist in der Lage die Kund*innen auf dem Weg zur Verwirklichung der individuellen PLM Bedürfnisse zu führen
  • Komplexe oder schwierige Kundensituation meisterst Du mit Routine, Weitblick und kühlem Verstand
  • Beratungs- und Führungskompetenz sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auch auf Management Ebene
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität mit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend notwendig
