KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Products Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Momentaufnahme von Ihrem Tag Als Logistics & Project Manager (w/m/d) für europäische Kundenprojekte aus unserem SE GT PR Werk in Querétaro, Mexiko sind Sie für die Bearbeitung und Ausführung der Projektaufgaben inkl. der logistischen Anforderungen innerhalb der EU verantwortlich. Sie realisieren Projekte mit Leidenschaft und sind ein verlässlicher Partner und Teamplayer für unsere internen und externen Kunden und Stakeholder. Sie sind in der Lage, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten, um ein Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen. Wie Sie etwas bewirken können Projektmanagement für die letzte Meile/Projektauslieferung von europäischen AIS-Projekten aus Querétaro, Mexiko, insbesondere Überprüfung und Einhaltung der Projektanforderungen in Bezug auf Transportvereinbarungen, Zeitplan und Budget Logistikabwicklung, Versandsteuerung und -koordination der Projektkomponenten innerhalb der EU mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern und Stakeholdern (Kunde, Spediteur, Werk, Logistikpartner, etc.) Überprüfung und Management von Projektrisiken und -chancen (Risk-, Claim- & Opportunity-Management) Beauftragung und Management der Inbetriebsetzung (I&C) des Projekts, inkl. der Koordination von erforderlichen Vorrichtungen und Hilfsmitteln Bestellung und Koordination von zusätzlichem Projektzubehör und deren Bereitstellung Beauftragung und Koordination von unterstützenden Tätigkeiten eines LPO (Logistic Project Operator) im Hub Rumänien Was Sie mitbringen Abgeschlossenes ingenieur-, naturwissenschaftlich- oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium; ggf. auch Techniker-Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im relevanten Tätigkeitsbereich Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit umfassendem Verständnis für logistische Prozesse und kaufmännische und vertragliche Zusammenhänge Erfahrungen im Bereich Planung & Konzeption, Angebot & Kalkulation sowie in der Durchführung von internationalen Projekten mit individuellen Kunden- und Länderanforderungen wünschenswert Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen cross-funktionalen Teams sowie in der Koordination von mehreren internen & externen Schnittstellenpartner Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (insbesondere Spanisch) Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten mit einer strukturierten und ergebnisorientierten Herangehensweise an die Arbeitsaufgabe Über das Team Durch den steigenden Anteil erneuerbarer Energien, die wachsende Energienachfrage, die veraltete Infrastruktur und die zunehmende Komplexität werden neue Anschlüsse benötigt.
