Business Project Manager (m/w/d) Digitalisierung & Development

Deine Rolle - das erwartet dich:

Als Business Project Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du die technische, funktionale und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Wissensportale insbesondere Serviceware Knowledge und Infoportal Du analysierst und entwickelst Geschäftsprozesse und Kundeninteraktionen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Anforderungen und Lösungen für Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und Kunden (m/w/d) sowie Fachkonzepte, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Strategiepapiere Die Steuerung und Überwachung der Leistungserbringung von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern im Rahmen von Projekten gehören zu deinem Aufgabenportfolio Darüber hinaus stellst du den fachlichen sowie technischen Betrieb unter Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Richtlinien sowie Aspekten der Informationssicherheit sicher Innerhalb eines agilen Projektumfelds organisierst du Meetings, konzipierst und leitest Workshops und Schulungen mit Stakeholdern (m/w/d) und unterstützt bei der Kosten- und Budgetplanung

Deine Skills - das bringst du mit:

Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und/oder Informatik oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung Du bist routiniert in Projektmitarbeit und -umsetzung mit dem Fokus Digitalisierung und digitale Trends, hast vielleicht schon erste Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung Du kannst Ideen und Vorhaben inhaltlich und visuell in Tools wie Miro, Jira, Confluence und Powerpoint übersetzen und überzeugst so auch das Management sowie Stakeholder (m/w/d) im gesamten Konzern souverän von deinen Themen Deine dynamische und motivierte Persönlichkeit helfen dir neue Themenfelder schnell zu erfassen und deren Relevanz einzuschätzen Arbeiten im Open-Space-Umfeld mit offener Kommunikation und flachen Hierarchien ist genau dein Ding Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und umfassende Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in einem
