In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Modul verantwortlich und sorgen für dessen optimale Performance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
Diese Position erfordert starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, technisches Fachwissen und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen Vision und der operativen Entwicklung des SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Moduls
- Leitung der Projektplanung und des Projektmanagements für die Digitalisierung des globalen Performance- und Bonusprozesse
- Entwicklung und Pflege der Produkt-Roadmap für das SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs auf Basis der Geschäftsanforderungen und strategischen Ziele
- Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Optimierung des SAP SuccessFactors Vergütungsmoduls
- Koordination und Durchführung umfassender Tests zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Performanance
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Product Owner und dem Global HR Center of Excellence bei der Analyse des Geschäftsbedarfs und der Definition der technischen Anforderungen
- Bachelor-oder Master Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere im Vergütungsmodul
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei der Einführung von HR-Prozessen und -Systemen, vorzugsweise in internationalen Projektteams
- Gute Kenntnisse von SuccessFactors, insbesondere im Vergütungsmodul
- Prozessorientiertes und analytisches Denken, gepaart mit der persönlichen Reife, Verantwortung auf hohem Niveau zu übernehmen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch ist von Vorteil
