At Exyte, we're looking for a seasoned Expert, HR-IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the strategic and operational development of our HR-IT strategy.
About the Role
- Contribute to the development of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring its optimal performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, prioritizing the product backlog based on business needs and strategic goals.
- Independently manage and continuously improve the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive tests to ensure the quality and performance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide support and training to users, as well as support for technical and functional questions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and the Global HR Center of Excellence to analyze business needs and define technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education.
- Proven experience in HR-IT with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Recruiting Module.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR system implementations, preferably within international project teams.
- Good knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in the Recruiting Module; familiarity with other modules such as Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Succession is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred.
