Summary
We are looking for a “Project Manager Development (f/m/d)” for the “Ground Based Systems” division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.The two interdisciplinary teams in the “Ground Based Systems” division develop reconnaissance and observation systems for vehicles and stationary applications in the civil and military sectors.
The team creates system designs based on customer requirements and, after comparing them with the sensors and solutions already available at HENSOLDT, defines and implements the development components. The development tasks include mechanics and electronics as well as software and, if necessary, optical components. The team also supports the integration and verification of the products at the customer's premises.
Your Tasks
Project management as a technical sub-project manager in development
Coordination of quantity structures and budget monitoring
Establishing and maintaining a network of service providers
Managing and supervising external development services and organizing corresponding reviews
Participation in the preparation of offers
Time & cost management
Supporting the implementation of internal reviews as part of the development process
Coordination of development services with the areas of purchasing / quality / production / documentation and logistics
Interface to internal sensor and software development
Your Profile
Completed studies in technology, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of experience in project management ideally in an agile environment or of development projects
Several years of experience in dealing with national and international subcontractors
Several years of experience in dealing with internal customers and cooperation partners
Good communication skills and convincing appearance
Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivational skills
Very good German and business fluent English skills
