Paralegal Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Corporate Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to their corporate governance and legal operations.

Your missions:

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and corporate resolutions.
• Coordinate and manage board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
• Manage corporate records and maintain accurate documentation of all corporate activities.
• Provide support in the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as other corporate transactions.
• Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal or Corporate Officer within the financial services or legal industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
