Deine Aufgaben:


  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein oder mehrere Web-Teams, die im Rahmen unserer agilen Entwicklungsprozesses Software ausliefern
  • Du berätst und coachst die Scrum-Teams sowie den Product Owner bei der Entwicklung. Dabei förderst Du die Selbstorganisation und Zusammenarbeit im Team, um die Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern, und löst spannende Skalierungsfragen
  • Du begeisterst unsere Entwicklungsteams dafür, hochwertige Software auf dem neusten Stand der Technik zu liefern
  • Scrum und Agilität sind für Dich mehr als bloße Methoden - Du lebst die agilen Werte und Prinzipien aktiv vor. Dabei forderst und förderst Du unsere Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und deren Umsetzung
  • Du organisierst den Austausch zwischen den Teams, beseitigst Hindernisse und stellst sicher, dass der Informationsfluss im gesamten IT-Verbund reibungslos funktioniert

Unsere Anforderungen:


  • Du hast 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder agiler Coach in verschiedenen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Du verfügst über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Theorie und Praxis von agilen Prinzipien, Scrum/Kanban sowie von Skalierungsprinzipien auf hohem Niveau
  • Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist ein begeisterter Teamplayer
  • Dein technisches Abstraktionsvermögen und Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es Dir, Irrwege zu erkennen, neue Lösungswege zu finden und diese zu bewerten. Du verstehst es, auch komplexe technische Themen einfach und verständlich darzustellen
  • Du vermittelst mühelos zwischen unterschiedlichen Charakteren und Sichtweisen und hast Erfahrung in der Moderation heterogener Teams
  • Du lachst auf der Arbeit. Täglich. Mehrmals.
